The electronic clock offers two simple modes:

Clock only: Displays the current time; ideal for training or time checks.

Start of interval: Displays the current time on the top line and a large, clear countdown to the start of intervals on the bottom line. Easily choose between 1 minute, 30 seconds or 15 seconds; no complicated setup required.
