SILVA ARC JET SPECTRA COMPASS

Arc Jet compasses are perfect for orienteers, adventure racing enthusiasts, and anyone who needs a fast, stable needle. With it, you’ll enjoy fast navigation while running and the feel of holding a high-end compass. The Silva Jet 2.0 needle delivers top performance in needle speed and settling time, along with exceptional reliability and stability.
The Arc Jet S features the Spectra system on the bezel. This time, the color-coding system has been replaced with shades of gray, and numbering from 1 to 12 (like the hour markers) has been added, making it much easier to remember the reference number.
The base and the capsule are made of a very durable material that can withstand impacts and the most extreme conditions. On the underside of the base, there are small rubber suction cups to improve friction with the map.
As for the thumb position, an option has been added (if the user wishes) to attach a small base for the thumb to rest on. You can attach or remove this piece depending on your preferences.
The design offers even greater transparency than its predecessor, which improves map visibility. The thumb strap is easy to adjust and ensures the compass fits perfectly (includes 2 straps of different “tensions”).
Silva’s Arc Jet series is the one for you if you’re looking for the brand’s top-of-the-line, most advanced, and high-performance products available on the market.
It comes with stickers featuring scales of 1:4,000 / 1:7,500 / 1:10,000, and 1:15,000 that can be applied and swapped out.
