Returns

The customer will have 14 days to return the product upon receipt, in its original packaging and unused, but will bear the cost of shipping. Once received and verified that it is correct, we will proceed to refund the cost of the item.

If once the order is received, the customer verifies that he/she wants to exchange it for a different size, this can be done, but he/she will still pay the shipping costs.

If by our mistake the customer receives a product that is not the one ordered, we will assume all the costs of the product exchange.

If an item cannot be delivered due to lack of inventory, the customer will decide whether to wait for it to arrive or prefer a refund.

If during the warranty period, there is any anomaly derived from the manufacture of the product and not as a result of its misuse, you can send it and after checking it, we will proceed to send another one, the same or similar, free of charge.
